About The Position

A Benefits Specialist that proactively manages full cycle benefits and supports payroll processing for DMG MORI USA, Inc. Individual will also manage and audit benefits, and provide system support as needed. Individual will partner with departments to assess and implement process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include up to and not limited to: Manage and process benefits DMG MORI USA, Inc. for accuracy and timeliness Assist and support payroll and benefits for DMG MORI USA, Inc. to ensure accuracy and timeliness Perform monthly and biweekly benefit audits for all programs (Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) etc.) Develop, update and maintain benefit enrollments for employees within the US Update and maintain US employee database ensuring accuracy at all times Create and update reports for US organization regarding compensation, benefits, general ledger, accruals and general metrics Support accurate and timely year-end reporting when necessary (W-2, W-2c, ACA, etc.) Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines Partners with Manager to assess and implement process improvement initiatives Driven to strive for excellence, accountability, and a service culture in an atmosphere of professionalism Point of contact for all levels of employees to respond to questions  Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or minimum 3-5 years of related experience in a corporate environment
  • Ability to remain flexible to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Proven flexibility with shifting priorities
  • Solid attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • High level of integrity and proven ability to maintain and protect confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Proven experience to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with both written and verbal with internal and external customer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ADP preferred
