How you will make contributions that matter Analyze spending and budget performance of employee benefit plans such as medical, RX, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness. Develop and maintain financial models to project benefits costs, funding needs, and budget impacts. Analyze cost drivers, utilization trends, and vendor performance for benefit programs. Provide variance analysis and recommendations to optimize cost effectiveness. Serve as primary contact for finance inquiries. Leverage multiple systems/resources to research and resolve difficult benefit/finance issues and develop recommendations to resolve the issue. Evaluate cost implications for proposed benefit programs. Partner with 3rd party vendors to monitor pricings/renewals, including service center, medical plans, employee assistance program, flexible spending accounts, etc. Perform detailed calculations for bonus and incentive plans, ensuring accuracy in payouts, eligibility, and alignment with financial targets. Calculate defined contribution retirement benefits in accordance with plan provisions. Support the annual merit planning process, including data preparation, budget modeling, and system setup. Process weekly funding to vendors and benefit vendor invoices. Support audits and regulatory requirements. Ensure data integrity through routine audits and validations. Support ad hoc compensation and benefits projects. Identify opportunities to improve processes. Perform other duties as assigned.
