Responsible for supporting Employee Benefits escalations and complex issues with compliant outcomes, while applying strong analytical and quantitative skills to evaluate employee benefit and leave of absence programs. This role analyzes benefits, healthcare, and leave data to assess cost-effectiveness, identify trends, and support data-driven recommendations. Partners with Benefits Managers, HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, vendors, and external consultants to deliver timely analysis, reporting, and insights that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement of benefit programs.
