Reporting to the Vice President of Benefits and HR Planning, you will work on a team of 9 at The Cheesecake Factory corporate support center in Calabasas Hills, CA. As our Benefit Analyst, you will play an integral part in a benefits department that offers competitive and innovative benefits as well as excellent staff member service for a global $3.6 billion public company with over 350 full-service restaurants and more than 47,900 total staff members. Excel savvy: you’re able to take a rough dataset and use Microsoft Excel to turn it into something actionable.
