Global Benefits oversees Dolby’s integrated approach to overall employee wellbeing which includes: core benefits (health & welfare, retirement, time-off & LOA, commute, business travel, additional fringe benefits), physical, mental, financial, and social wellbeing programs, as well as cross functional engagement to cultivate a healthy, inclusive, and connected work environment. Reporting to the Director, Global Benefits the Sr. Benefits Analyst will support the day-to-day management of Dolby’s core benefit and wellbeing programs. While the primary focus will be Dolby’s US programs, the Sr. Benefits Analyst will also support benefit programs and initiatives across the globe as needed.
