Partners with the Benefits Manager and cross-functional teams to oversee plan operations, manage vendor relationships, monitor cost and utilization trends, and ensure regulatory compliance. Supports benefits reporting, plan governance, and strategic decision-making to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
