  • Strong performance and fidelity record.
  • Demonstrated understanding of NDBI principles, advanced data collection skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality services independently under BCBA guidance.

  • Arrive on time, ready to work, and prepared for all assigned sessions. Notify your supervisor at least two hours in advance when running late or unable to attend a scheduled shift. More than two unexcused absences or three tardy occurrences within a 90-day period may result in corrective action.
  • Check all communication channels multiple times daily, respond promptly, and monitor your work schedule throughout the day for changes. Employees are responsible for staying informed and arriving on time; failure to review communications is not an acceptable reason for missed updates or shifts.
  • Maintain professionalism in appearance, language, and demeanor. Treat clients, families, and colleagues respectfully, and follow ANNA’s confidentiality, ethical, and conduct standards at all times.
