CABA is seeking a Senior Behavior Technician to provide direct support across their Specialized Behavior Services and Adaptive Skills Program. This role involves mentoring, training, and supporting junior staff, observing sessions, assessing performance, and providing feedback. The Senior Behavior Technician will also assist BCBAs with assessments, data graphing, report writing, and client intake, collect treatment fidelity and interobserver agreement data, and serve as a liaison between clinical leadership and frontline staff. Additionally, they will conduct RBT evaluations and ongoing training, and write incident reports and progress notes.
