About The Position

Chatters is looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant that is ready to be our next success story and join our growing team based out of our Colossus Centre Retail Salon. This role involves being a product expert with an inherent ability to present and promote beauty products at the customer level due to a passion for all things beauty-related. Success is defined by customers leaving happy with recommendations. The role requires top-notch communication skills, an outgoing and positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers. The ideal candidate is up for the challenge of a tough sell, is excited by sales targets, and is known for excellent customer service skills that lead to referrals. Responsibilities include organizing and supporting wherever required, from booking to merchandising, and enjoying the delivery of 5-star customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in the customer service, sales or retail industry
• Computer proficiency
• Confident, flexible, self-motivated to exceed expectations
• Mad communication skills
