This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered. Requirements
- Certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program
- BCBAs with 2+ years of experience (for Senior Clinical Supervisor role)
- Requires a background check, which may include, but is not limited to, criminal history and driving record.
Responsibilities
- Design treatment plans based on client needs
- Provide meaningful supervision and family guidance
- Collaborate through compassion-focused clinical committees
- Participate in cutting-edge research through SprigLAB
- Presenting 50+ times at national/international conferences in 2024 alone
- Contributing 20+ publications in peer-reviewed journals like the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis in Practice (2023–2024)
