This position is responsible for reviewing processes and procedures across all areas of banking to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure operational effectiveness. By assessing existing practices and identifying gaps, this role will recommend and assist in developing policies and procedures that align with the bank's risk framework. The individual will collaborate with retail banking, commercial banking, deposit operations, risk, audit, learning and development, customer care, and other business lines to enhance operational efficiency. Findings and recommendations will be presented to the SVP of Bank Operations and business line leaders, who will determine the best course of action. This position will play a key role in supporting the implementation of those decisions, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Additionally, this role supports the development and implementation of new banking center procedures, training content, and special projects as assigned by management.
