Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of demonstrated sales leadership and/or supervisory experience
5+ years Progressive sales, leadership and management responsibility within a financial organization to gain the necessary experience and background to manage a branch and deal effectively with colleague and customer relations matters
2+ years of Branch Management experience

Responsibilities

Lead daily branch operations, ensuring strong performance across sales, service, and compliance objectives.
Drive revenue growth by prospecting new households and businesses while deepening existing relationships; with a focus on business calling/relationship building and business development efforts.
Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback, performance management, and hands-on leadership; including assisting coaching and developing other Bank Managers.
Recruit and onboard top talent, building a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and operational policies to effectively mitigate risk.
Partner with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions tailored to customer needs.
Execute strategic plans that align with branch goals and hold the team accountable for results.
Represent the bank in the community, building relationships and supporting local engagement initiatives.
