[VKS] Senior Backend Integration Developer
About The Position
Software Mind is seeking a Senior Backend Integration Developer to join a project for a gaming company focused on reforming the national gaming system. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining backend services for an Aggregation Platform that facilitates integrations between game providers and operators. The position requires building and enhancing API-first solutions for scalable, high-performance, and business-critical systems, ensuring secure, maintainable, and high-quality code. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, contribution to CI/CD pipelines, and participation in architectural discussions are key aspects of this role, all within an Agile development framework.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in backend software development with a strong focus on API-first solutions.
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining high-availability, business-critical applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java and experience developing clean, secure, and high-performance code.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration (CI), automated deployments, and test automation.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong communication skills with English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
- Experience designing scalable software architectures.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
