  • Partner with business stakeholders and clients to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and high-quality API solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and security to evaluate requirements, conduct feasibility assessments, analyze existing components, and develop integration plans.
  • Employ an iterative approach to capability development that incorporates requirements refinement, user feedback, lessons learned, and other inputs.
  • Create level-of-effort estimates, define task breakdowns, and drive delivery across milestones.
  • Build strong partnerships across application, business, and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are scalable and operationally sound.
  • Create and maintain partner enablement assets, such as API guides and packages (e.g., Postman collections) for new feature launches.
  • Create, update, and maintain external API documentation on our developer site.
