About The Position
Kikoff is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer for its Growth Team, which supports the company’s flagship credit-building product. The team rapidly tests, iterates on, and ships product ideas with demonstrated traction, aiming to help millions of Americans build stronger financial futures. The role focuses on amplifying proven initiatives through code, creativity, and data-driven decisions, while delivering personalization at every step using machine learning. The engineer will own initiatives end-to-end, from rapid prototyping through production rollout, including analytics instrumentation and user-facing polish.
Requirements
- B.A., B.S., M.S., or strong self-taught fundamentals in computer science.
- At least 4 years of industry experience, with demonstrated breadth and depth of product impact.
- Proficiency in backend development.
- A data-driven approach to decisions based on insights and metrics.
- Desire to form strong professional bonds with startup-forward coworkers.
Responsibilities
