As a Technology Service Delivery Senior, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you’ll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions. We are looking for Backend Engineers who will design and develop server-side services, APIs, and data integrations for our financial services clients. The team leverages Java, Spring and Spring Boot, RESTful and SOAP web services, microservices architectures, relational and NoSQL databases, messaging platforms such as Kafka, and cloud technologies to build secure, scalable, and high-performing back-end systems. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that spans the full application lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in enterprise application development.
Hands-on experience developing server-side applications and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Working knowledge of microservices architectures and API design.
Experience with SQL and relational databases, and familiarity with NoSQL data stores such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
Working knowledge of messaging platforms such as Kafka, JMS, or RabbitMQ.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Experience with JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, and web services.
Experience with Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, and testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
Experience with cloud development and production triage.
Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
