About The Position

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be a core contributor and leader within the development team. You will tackle the most complex technical challenges, writing high-quality, high-performance code for the backbone of the application. You will mentor other developers and play a crucial role in shaping a modern, AI-assisted development culture.

Requirements

5+ years of professional backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
Solid experience designing and building RESTful APIs for web applications.
Excellent knowledge of SQL databases.
Experience working in a cloud environment (Azure preferred) and with CI/CD principles.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
Experience with SAP or other ERP integration projects.
Familiarity with front-end technologies like React.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
Implement complex business logic related to global pricing, margin analysis, and data integration.
Collaborate on database design and write efficient, optimized SQL queries.
Build and maintain the CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to ensure smooth, automated deployments.
Actively use and promote AI-powered tools like Cloud Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development cycles.
Mentor mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
