Senior Backend Developer (PHP/Go)

The Role We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our new development team within the global VR video streaming ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Software Engineering experience with Golang
- Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB or similar)
- Knowledge of network and internet protocols
- Written and spoken English level B1+ (Intermediate+) and above
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with Redis
- Experience with PHP, Python or C++ is a big plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain server apps.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
- Develop and maintain APIs, optimize API responsiveness and efficiency.
- Optimize database performance through indexing, caching, and query optimization.
- Improve code quality through unit and integration tests.
- Debug and enhance app reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
