About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Azure Gen AI Engineer position for our client. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. The engineer will build production-ready AI applications using various Azure services and tools, develop solutions for conversational AI, RAG, NLP, semantic search, and intelligent automation, and design/optimize AI/ML models for scalable Azure deployment. The position also includes developing APIs and cloud-native microservices, building event-driven solutions with Kafka, integrating AI applications with enterprise systems, and developing secure, scalable, containerized solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to accelerate AI use cases from concept to production is a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

6+ years of software development experience with Python, Java, Node.js, and Azure.
Strong experience designing and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in Azure.
Proven experience building complex, scalable, containerized, microservices-based applications.
Experience developing and optimizing AI models for production environments.
Hands-on experience with NLP, semantic search, RAG, LLMs, embeddings, and AI application development.
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, APIs, and enterprise system integration.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Develop APIs and cloud-native microservices using Python, Java, Node.js, and Java Spring Boot.
Build event-driven solutions using Kafka and integrate AI applications with enterprise systems.
Develop secure, scalable, containerized solutions and support AI platforms through production deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate AI use cases from concept through production.
