About The Position
This is a true greenfield build — ideal for engineers who want to own architecture decisions and make a lasting impact. The role involves building a brand-new Azure tenant from the ground up aligned to Microsoft CAF, acting as the technical voice in vendor engagements, and driving design decisions around governance, security, and architecture. There is a long-term roadmap with continued cloud expansion and workload migration.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Azure engineering expertise
- Proven experience building CAF-aligned landing zones
- Deep knowledge of Terraform (building frameworks, not just using modules)
- Ability to operate independently and lead technical conversations

Responsibilities
- Design & implement Azure Landing Zones (management groups, subscriptions, hub-spoke networking, RBAC, Azure Policy)
- Develop and maintain Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code
- Review and validate third-party deliverables — ensuring best practices and identifying gaps
- Collaborate with security and architecture stakeholders to define cloud standards
