About The Position

Leidos is seeking a Senior Cloud Integration Engineer with deep Azure expertise to integrate cloud services across Azure and Microsoft 365 GCC environments, enabling secure, scalable, and compliant solutions for development, testing, and enterprise modernization. This is an Azure-primary role supporting secure integration among Azure, AWS, and on-premises systems. The role also involves hands-on integration of AI capabilities into cloud applications and engineering workflows, with emphasis on Azure administration, identity services, Microsoft 365, multi-tenant environments, and AI service integration. The engineer will integrate Azure and Microsoft 365 GCC/GCC-High capabilities into enterprise environments; configure and manage Azure resources; support hybrid identity and secure cross-cloud integration; and implement identity-driven security approaches. They will collaborate with developers, architects, and engineering teams, automate documentation and cloud workflows, assess emerging technologies, and integrate AI and generative AI services into applications and workflows. AI solutions should incorporate privacy controls, access restrictions, output validation, and human review, with response quality, latency, and cost evaluated before production use. Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person who has lived in the United States for the past three consecutive years. A current Public Trust is preferred. Being local to the DC Metro area for onsite work if needed is preferred. The position is associated with Leidos. The stated pay range is $107,900 to $195,050; compensation depends on factors including responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, and applicable agreements or law.

  • Hands-on experience supporting Azure resource management, monitoring usage, enforcing governance, and optimizing integrated cloud workloads.
  • Deep knowledge of Azure services, Microsoft 365, identity platforms, and cloud security configurations.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI or generative AI services into applications or automation workflows, including API integration, prompt design, secure data handling, and validation of AI-generated outputs.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person who has lived in the United States for the past three consecutive years.

Nice To Haves

  • Current Public Trust is preferred.
