About The Position

Accenture Flex is hiring a Senior AWS Developer to develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems and applications. The role applies modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and guide team members, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. The position requires expert proficiency in AWS; advanced Core Java proficiency is recommended, and intermediate proficiency in Terraform and data migrations is suggested. Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native solutions on AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
High school diploma or GED.
Expert proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Nice To Haves

Advanced proficiency in Core Java is recommended.
Intermediate proficiency in Terraform and data migrations is suggested.
Proven expertise with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code, including provisioning, automation, and environment management across AWS platforms.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based source control, automated testing, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps best practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, and experience supporting production environments.
