Senior AV Technician
About The Position
At Beyond Audio, the work doesn't end at handoff - it's a relationship. We're looking for a Senior AV Technician who takes pride in getting the details right long after everyone else has moved on. This role is hands-on and involves working independently in occupied, ultra-luxury homes. The technician will be responsible for servicing residential A/V, Home Theater, Networking, Automation, Lighting, Shading, Security Systems & Video Walls, troubleshooting systems (Crestron, Control4), reading and interpreting floor plans and technical documents, understanding wiring and signal flow, advanced understanding of networking, control system programming, training clients on system use, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Steady work history (3yrs between hops)
- Pleasant disposition, high EQ
- Comfortable working independently in occupied, ultra-luxury homes
- 5+ years residential AV/Home Automation experience
- A valid driver's license
- Background check required
Nice To Haves
- Crestron and Control4 experience is a bonus
Responsibilities
