Summary: We are currently seeking a Senior AV Technician, IT to join our IT Services Team. This role will oversee audiovisual systems and office technology standards across Clio’s global office footprint. This role has an expectation to work from our Burnaby office 5 days a week. Requirements

  • Have extensive experience supporting and managing enterprise-grade audiovisual systems in a global office environment.
  • Are highly experienced in managing inbound tickets and escalations from submission to completion.
  • Have mastery in documenting troubleshooting steps and clearly communicating solutions with end users and stakeholders.
  • Can analyze IT and AV processes and implement change to improve reliability, scalability, and user experience.
  • Have hands-on experience with conferencing platforms and hardware (e.g., Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech, Neat, Crestron, Poly, or similar).
  • Have experience supporting hybrid meeting environments across multiple time zones.
  • Possess strong knowledge of office networking fundamentals as they relate to AV systems.
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to present subject matter to a wide variety of audiences, including executives.
  • Have experience managing medium to large-sized projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Have a keen interest in emerging workplace technology and collaboration trends.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience standardizing AV systems across multiple global offices.
  • Experience managing AV vendors, integrators, and construction or office build-out projects.
  • Experience supporting executive-level meeting spaces and events.
  • Experience automating monitoring, alerting, or reporting for AV systems.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class IT AV and office technology support to #teamClio around the globe.
  • Own the global strategy, standards, and lifecycle management for meeting room audiovisual systems, collaboration tools, and office technology.
  • Deliver onsite support for meeting room AV systems, end-user hardware, and workstation hardware across global office locations. This will include international travel.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AV solutions for conference rooms, training spaces, and executive meeting areas.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex AV and office technology issues.
