About The Position

Ethic Tech is seeking a Senior AV Systems Engineer to design, renovate, and remodel complex AV systems tailored to MARSOC's specialized mission sets. This involves the engineering of high-definition video distribution, integrated audio systems, and automated control logic (Crestron/AMX) for Command Centers and briefing rooms. The engineer must ensure that all structural remodeling-including mounting, cabling, and infrastructure upgrades-is executed to meet both aesthetic and technical SOF requirements. Working within the framework of DISA and MARSOC technical standards, the AV Systems Engineer will lead the "Design-Build" process for new facility requirements. This includes developing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings, signal flow diagrams, and bills of materials (BOMs) for renovation projects. The engineer will conduct final commissioning and site acceptance testing (SAT) to ensure that renovated systems provide a seamless interface for MARSOC commanders and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or four (4) years of related experience in Government Contracting (GovCon), or four (4) years of active-duty military experience in an equivalent MOS at the E-5 level or above.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in DoD AV engineering, specializing in design-build renovation projects.
  • Maintain a 100% accuracy rate for all system blueprints and signal flow diagrams.
  • Achieve an AQL of 75% for all technical deliverable documentation.
  • Achieve zero "Day-1" operational failures upon final commissioning of renovated AV suites.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must possess an active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
  • Maintain strict adherence to red/black isolation protocols in secure spaces.
