About The Position

All Tune is looking for a technician who can independently perform maintenance, brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, engine repair, and general automotive repair while delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for an experienced technician who wants to focus on fixing vehicles, producing quality work, and being part of a growing team without dealership politics or weekend schedules. Under new local ownership, we're investing in our facility, equipment, and team while building a trusted neighborhood repair shop known for honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and long-term customer relationships. Requirements

5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong mechanical repair skills
Experience with brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and general repair
Ability to work independently
Must provide own tools
Valid driver's license and background check required

Nice To Haves

ASE certifications preferred
Bilingual and Tekmetric experience a plus
