What You'll Do: Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues (engine, electrical, drivability, HVAC, suspension, brakes, etc.) Use advanced diagnostic tools and follow proven repair processes Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately Communicate clearly with service advisors and support fellow techs Take ownership of your bay, your work, and your results You may also have the opportunity to help mentor apprentices (if desired) and help raise the bar for the whole shop Why Chapel Hill Tire? Requirements

  • Senior-level tech with strong diagnostic skills (3+ years preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to earn them, we pay for both test prep & cert. tests!)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Calm under pressure, coachable, and team-focused
  • Growth doesn’t always come in a straight line, and that’s okay. We’re looking for someone who can handle setbacks with patience, accept constructive feedback, and stay open to learning.
  • Are you the kind of person who brings fresh ideas to the table and isn’t afraid to thoughtfully challenge the status quo? If so, you’ll fit right in.
