Bose relies on exceptional people to create and deliver those products to our customers. The future of consumer electronics at Bose isn’t just about award-winning speakers or headphones. It’s about the end-to-end consumer experience enabled by connected features and services. Helping people feel more connected, productive, and inspired through exceptional product experiences. At Bose, we’re obsessed with delivering amazing experiences through superior technology and design. That experience depends on reliability, performance, and seamless integration across hardware, firmware, cloud services, and mobile applications — areas where strong automation and quality engineering leadership make a measurable impact. As we expand our team, we are building a modern Quality Engineering organization that will drive automation-first strategies and embed quality deeply into our CI/CD pipelines across all consumer product lines. About the Role As a Senior Automation Engineer based in Framingham, you will play a key role in architecting and building Bose’s next-generation automation framework and integrating it directly into our CI/CD ecosystem. You will define automation strategy, design scalable test infrastructure, and ensure that automated validation is tightly coupled with firmware, mobile, and cloud development workflows. You will partner closely with Software Engineering, DevOps, Release Engineering, and Quality leaders to drive shift-left practices, increase regression coverage, reduce escape defects, and enable faster, safer product releases across headphones, earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, and home theater systems.
