About The Position

As a Senior Audit Manager, you will lead audit engagements and mentor associates, delivering high-quality financial reporting and actionable recommendations to clients. You will work hybrid (3 days onsite) supporting clients and collaborating with the team across the Scottsdale/Chandler area.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of audit experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel locally within the Phoenix metro area
Nice To Haves
- CPA or eligibility for CPA is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
- Apply GAAP and prepare financial statement presentations
- Research and analyze financial data and audit-related issues
- Build trusted client relationships and provide actionable recommendations
- Supervise, train, and mentor team members on audit processes
- Develop understanding of each client’s business operations
- Support additional accounting services as needed
