About The Position

Crowe is seeking future leaders for its Audit & Assurance team, specifically looking for Audit Senior Managers with experience in the Asset Management industry vertical. This role offers opportunities for a partner career path and significant growth. As an Audit Senior Manager, you will lead multiple teams, manage client relationships, provide performance feedback, anticipate and resolve client concerns, promote new business solutions, and stay updated on industry developments and firm standards. The position emphasizes gaining deep industry insight and growing professional relationships within a supportive environment with access to numerous resources and executive leadership.

Requirements

8+ years of recent and relevant public accounting external audit experience.
Experience in external audit working with Private Equity, funds and Fintech clients.
Organization, communication, technical, time management, and accounting and auditing skills.
Ability to interact with clients, prospects, all levels of staff, and colleagues in a professional fashion.
Ability to multi-task since planning, executing, and wrapping up various engagements may have to be performed concurrently.
Experience supervising engagement team members and instructing them on completing assigned task.
Must be a licensed CPA in your aligned home office state or be able to acquire a reciprocal one for that state.
Ability to work additional hours as needed.
Ability to travel to various client sites.
