About The Position

A public accounting firm seeks a Senior Audit Accountant to manage client engagements and mentor junior staff. This role involves ensuring audit quality, supporting client needs, and fostering team development in a collaborative environment. The Senior Audit Accountant will manage audits, prepare work papers, analyze client financials, and mentor junior staff while ensuring GAAP compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Licensed CPA.
• 3–5 years of public accounting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and lead staff.
• Team player with a positive, professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities
