About The Position

Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (“MOODK”) is a mid-sized, regional firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation. We are seeking experienced attorneys to join our team in the Cherry Hill, NJ office. We offer a challenging opportunity in a flexible, collegial, and collaborative environment with meaningful work that can expand professional experience. We have offices located in PA, NJ, NY, DE and MD.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of litigation experience
• Current and active NJ Bar membership in good standing
• Superior written and oral communications skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
• Familiarity with Case/File Management systems

Nice To Haves

• The ability to track billable hours is strongly preferred
