About The Position
Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (MOODK) is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its Cherry Hill, New Jersey office. The firm specializes in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation matters and operates offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Maryland. The role may be performed remotely, in a hybrid arrangement, or onsite. The firm describes its environment as flexible, collegial, and collaborative, and offers meaningful work that can expand professional experience. Compensation is $120,000–$180,000, commensurate with experience, with opportunities for additional productivity and discretionary bonuses. The firm also offers mentorship, training, and a path to leadership.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of litigation experience for the experienced role.
- Current and active New Jersey Bar membership in good standing.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and LexisNexis.
- Familiarity with case/file management systems.
