About The Position

Modern Family Law is a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney to join our Dallas, TX office. We offer a remote-first setting with brick-and-mortar space available, a low billable hours requirement (120 per month), direct client contact, and the opportunity to develop substantive litigation skills early in your career. Requirements

Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
Active admission to the Texas State Bar.
Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.

Responsibilities

Handling a variety of family law cases, such as divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
Comfortable with direct client communications, drafting legal documents, and handling depositions, court appearances, and mediations.
