Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or similar and at least 2 years of related corporate finance or business valuation work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
- Previous corporate finance or business valuation experience.
- Financial modeling skills including experience building models from scratch.
- PowerPoint skills, including experience building client report out decks.
- Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects.
- You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.
- The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous valuation experience in professional services/Big 4 Firm.
- Financial modeling experience.
- Achievement of or significant progress towards a CFA.
- Experience manipulating, analyzing and synthesizing large data sets.
Responsibilities
- As a Senior Associate with EY-Parthenon's Corporate Finance practice, you're likely to spend your day to day working on commercial issues, owning the execution of financial analyses, working with management on parts of the transaction lifecycle and regularly undertake valuations for strategic priorities, with a focus on Intangible Assets and business enterprise value.
