Siegfried Advisory, LLC, an affiliate of The Siegfried Group, LLP, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Financial Advisory Services group. This group offers value-added business advisory services to a diverse and growing client base of entrepreneurial organizations. Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years in accounting or accounting & finance
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Client Services experience
  • Ability and willingness to work in a Siegfried office as required for an average of four days per week in accordance with Siegfried's then-current policy.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to exceed expectations
  • Flexibility and openness to work on a variety of assignments, industries, and roles

  • Experience with financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities, including financial modeling and/or dashboarding

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners and managers of entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Lead engagements across various service offerings, including financial planning and analysis (financial forecasts, KPI development, budgeting & variance reporting, dashboarding, decision support), outsourced accounting close & reporting, identifying business growth strategies, researching and implementing technical accounting issues, financial modeling (segment profitability, cash flow forecasting), accounting assistance (cash-to-accrual, audit readiness, monthly close design and review), control assessments and process improvement, and ownership changes.
  • Lead and develop engagement teams through guidance and mentorship to ensure successful delivery of services and deepen client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop associates, helping them achieve professional goals and ensuring they receive adequate training and resources.
  • Contribute to Learning & Development (L&D) efforts by suggesting topics, reviewing internal processes, and incorporating client feedback into development materials.
