About The Position
A large southeastern law firm with a national practice is seeking an experienced Transactional Lawyer for its Financial Services practice. Preferred candidates would have four to seven years of transactional experience and must have a working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions. Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills are required. The firm represents ideas, values, and aspirations, bringing clear perspective to legal challenges and finding solutions in unexpected places. With over 330 attorneys in over 60 areas of focus, the firm represents a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 organizations, financial services leaders, manufacturers, retailers, individuals, and healthcare and technology companies.
Requirements
- Four to seven years of transactional experience.
- Working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.
- Excellent academic performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in significant business transactions.
- Handle complicated legal issues and difficult disputes.
- Provide strategic and innovative legal counsel within the Financial Services practice.
