About The Position

As a Senior Associate in our Tax practice, you will navigate the complexities of mergers and acquisitions tax, providing tailored solutions that optimize tax strategies and drive compliance. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, anticipating needs and delivering quality solutions. In this role at PwC, you will be part of the Global Business Structuring network, assisting businesses in designing effective international tax structures. You will also engage with our Deals Tax services, providing tax advice and support for business transactions to maximize tax efficiency. Requirements

Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Laws degree
At least a 3.0 overall GPA
Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing Bar exam
