About The Position

Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (“MOODK”) is a mid-sized, regional firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation. We have offices in PA, NJ, NY, DE, and MD. We are currently seeking experienced attorneys to join our team in the Pittsburg, PA office. This position can be filled in a full-time remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity. We offer a challenging opportunity in a flexible, collegial, and collaborative environment with meaningful work that can expand professional experience.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of litigation experience
• Current and active PA Bar membership in good standing

Nice To Haves

• The ability to track billable hours is strongly preferred
