Position Summary The Digital Marketing team within Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS) seeks a Marketing Operations Manager to strengthen and scale its global digital marketing capabilities. The role centers on building and optimizing the marketing technology stack, improving campaign execution and performance, and establishing best practices and processes. This person will translate high‑level marketing strategy into operational plans, lead major projects, and drive continuous enhancements that improve efficiency and business impact. They’ll evaluate and implement new tools and technology, including AI, while developing deep expertise in existing platforms. The position requires close partnership with global Marketing, Technology, Data, Sales, Legal & Compliance, and Leadership teams, as well as external agencies. Critical to success in this role are strong project management, technical and analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration and a proven track record of creating operational efficiencies with a vision of what successful marketing operations looks like. The ideal candidate is strategic, curious, entrepreneurial and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. They bring strong communication skills, a problem‑solving mindset and the ability to build scalable, high‑performing marketing operations to support a high-growth, dynamic business.
