The Senior Associate will develop clear, insightful slides and Excel models to communicate findings and recommendations. They will actively collaborate and learn from senior team members, supporting their strategic oversight and decision-making. A key aspect of the role is contributing to a fun, collaborative, and productive team environment. The Senior Associate will engage directly with senior stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations effectively, including direct communication with the CEO/CFO on top priorities for Goosehead. Proactive task management and support for project timelines are essential to ensure timely, impactful results.
