About The Position

Middle Office support for various global businesses, overseeing operational aspects of structured financing transactions and communication with internal/external clients. Work with trading and other internal stakeholders on executing new business and maintaining existing portfolio of trades. Mitigate risk by ensuring client activity is successfully managed post trade execution. Subject Matter Expert in credit derivatives, loans, debt instruments, structured financing transactions, and associated operational processes. Actively involved with idea generation and implementation of creating quality solutions within the team to support new client and business activity and regulatory adherence. Provide Lifecycle Support and guidance to trading desks, sales teams, and clients. Facilitate and negotiate with global teams across the firm and work closely with other team members and management to achieve both industry set and internal targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Legal Studies, Political Science, Law, Finance, or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.
  • At least three (3) years of experience reviewing client account transactions accuracy and making manual adjustments in a client account ledger system.
  • At least three (3) years of experience monitoring and streamlining case management workflows to provide real-time updates to clients.
  • At least three (3) years of experience conducting Quality Assurance reviews by analyzing tax vendor audit reports to validate data integrity and assess report accuracy metrics.
  • At least three (3) years of experience defining system functionality and workflow requirements for engineering, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • At least three (3) years of experience using pre-deployment product testing, leveraging testing environment to identify and log bugs issues and conduct data collection for resolutions with the engineering team.
  • At least three (3) years of experience using data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from financial data and communicate findings to management.
  • At least three (3) years of experience establishing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and monitoring performance over time to identify areas for further improvement.
