About The Position

The Senior Associate Talent Development Advisor plays a key role in supporting both talent acquisition and talent development initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment while also contributing to broader talent development activities, including workforce planning support, employee growth initiatives, and continuous improvement of talent processes. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure we attract high-quality talent while also supporting the development and engagement of existing employees. This role is well suited for someone who is proactive, highly collaborative, and passionate about recruiting great talent and helping people grow within an organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or a related people-focused role
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, multi-site, or fast-paced environments is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CPHR/CHRL designation (or working toward) is considered an asset
  • Strong experience with full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing strategies
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, talent development, or workforce planning is an asset
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS systems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of professionalism
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret recruitment and talent data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment including job requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement
  • Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives in partnership with HR and business leaders
  • Contribute to employee development discussions by identifying talent gaps and opportunities for growth
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within ATS/HR systems
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing best practices and selection processes
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction efforts
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and talent processes, tools, and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies throughout all hiring activities
  • Support additional HR and talent-related projects as required
