Senior Associate, Strategy & Corporate Development
About The Position
The Associate / Senior Associate on the Strategy and Corporate Development team will play an active role in Revvity’s corporate strategy plans and M&A initiatives. This team supports corporate and business unit leadership teams in developing and executing their core strategic pillars. This includes helping teams synthesize key presentations for executive leadership, assisting with long-range planning, and managing ad-hoc projects that advance company-wide goals. On the M&A side, the team is responsible for evaluating and executing various mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture opportunities. This work spans financial valuation analytics, comprehensive due diligence management, and the creation of strategic business case presentations. This role has been filled with people from a variety of different backgrounds. What's driven success is candidates who are eager to learn, take on new tasks, and willing to step outside their comfort zone.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Investor Relations or Strategic Marketing
- Strong storyteller, able to translate complex problems into clean, concise PowerPoint presentations
- Comfortable preparing materials for and presenting to senior leadership on core internal initiatives
- Conducts market analysis to support company-wide and individual business unit strategy; experience leveraging core strategy frameworks
- Proficient in financial modeling and leveraging external resources to build financial business cases
- Able to independently build out and maintain sections of financial models and financial analysis, with review on assumptions and structure
Nice To Haves
- Experience within Healthcare, Life Science and/or Diagnostics industries preferred
- Proven ability to effectively work within teams in a fast-paced environment
- Adept at using networks & interpersonal skills to support change
