Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this role serves as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive team, combining analytical depth with hands-on execution across the Company’s financial and strategic priorities. As Senior Associate, Strategic & Corporate Development you will partner with leaders on FP&A activities (including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling), support corporate finance and capital allocation decisions, contribute to investor relations by helping prepare earnings and investor materials, and provide rigorous analytical support on M&A, strategic partnerships, and contract negotiation. In this role, you will translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations, build and maintain models and dashboards, prepare executive- and Board-ready materials, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure strategic initiatives are well-analyzed, well-communicated, and well-executed. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role that turns strategic direction into concrete analysis, decisions, and outcomes, while continuously improving how Tantalus plans, invests, and communicates with its stakeholders. This position is in office and located in our Norwalk, CT office.
