Your work will be instrumental in ensuring drug safety and efficacy, supporting clinical trials, and accelerating the delivery of top-tier medicines to patients worldwide. In this role, you will support Pfizer’s biotherapeutics portfolio, contributing to support of analytical testing to support process development of antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience OR Master’s degree with 0+ years
  • Experience with analytical techniques (UPLC, CGE, icIEF)
  • Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork
  • Proficiency in using scientific software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on lab experience
  • Strong background in experimental design and result interpretation
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using personal computers for word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and scientific software
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with in-process analytical support for ADC or mAbs
  • Experience with techniques such as SE-UPLC, icIEF, CGE, Mass Spectrometry
  • Familiarity with liquid handling robotics systems (Tecan, Hamilton)
  • Experience with mass spectrometry software (Byosphere, Byos, Xcalibur)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance

Responsibilities

  • Support Pfizer’s biotherapeutics portfolio, contributing to support of analytical testing to support process development of antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)
  • Follow procedures with general instructions, and work under moderate supervision with regular review
  • Perform routine testing of in-process samples, pre-formal stability support, and automation development
  • Support process development activities
  • Compile data, prepare presentations, and support lab automation initiatives
