Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform (analysis and/or configuration)
  • Strong experience with: Requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
  • User stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
  • Salesforce data models and workflow configuration
  • Experience working in cross‑functional and diverse consulting or delivery teams
  • A Security Clearance is mandatory for all staff who’ll be engaged on these assignments. Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, App Builder or Service Cloud Consultant
  • Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in healthcare, public sector, or human services contexts
  • Exposure to Service Cloud or Health Cloud / Home Health
  • Experience supporting mobile or field-based service workflows
  • Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, or regulated operating environments
  • Comfortable using AI with clear expectation of human review

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and operational stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional requirements
  • Collaborate closely with developers and UX consultants to shape end-to-end solutions
  • Configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools to support business workflows
  • Support testing, validation, planning and change management activities
  • Maintain traceability artifacts that support delivery governance
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and delivery best practices
