Vestwell Government Savings (VGS) – a subsidiary of Vestwell Holdings Inc. – serves as the trusted administrator for over 30 programs and counting. We provide support and services for 529 education savings, ABLE disability savings, state auto-IRA programs and Child Savings Accounts (CSA) by employing innovative technology and a dedicated team focused solely on our partners’ needs. Vestwell’s partner list is expanding and we’re excited about adding a Relationship Management Senior Associate to help service our 529 and CSA partners. The ideal candidate will be someone who is client-focused, has great communication, organization and problem solving skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.

Requirements

  • Team mentality and the ability to multitask while attending to a high volume of incoming inquiries
  • 1-3 years of experience including client service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop partner relationship plans, monitor progress, and actively participate in status meetings, while collaborating with various teams within Vestwell to execute.
  • Use independent discretion and good judgment to handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions independently.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Middle Office, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to implement strategies and tactics designed to achieve partner objectives.
  • Communicate effectively across teams and with partners via written communication, phone, videoconference, and occasionally in person.
  • Assist in meeting all partner reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Exercises discretion to gather, analyze, and evaluate information to solve problems using reasoned judgment and expertise.
  • Own the response to escalated partner issues, independently assessing situations, orchestrating internal resources, and resolving concerns with urgency and professionalism.
  • Act as a proactive collaborator within the team and across departments, supporting seamless partner experiences.
  • Understanding the applicability of regulatory requirements to resolve governance issues and support partner success.
  • Exercise independent judgment in recommending solutions and improvements to processes, workflows, and partner engagement strategies.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of communications, project status, and issue resolution for accountability and audit readiness.
