About The Position

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Analyst to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas. This role involves assisting the department with shipping documentation, working independently on moderately complex projects, and contributing to team results. The position requires making minor process improvements and proposing solutions for review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of prior related experience.
• Graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Must be able to obtain a US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assists department in handling, organizing, and maintaining shipping documentation.

• Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized.
• Expected to propose solutions to problems for others review.
