About The Position

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Associate, Quality Analyst to join our growing facility in Camden, Arkansas. This role involves assisting the department with shipping documentation, working independently on moderately complex projects, and contributing to team results. The position requires making minor process changes to solve problems or improve effectiveness and proposing solutions for review. A key requirement is the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related Quality Analyst experience.
• Graduate degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to maintain 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assists department in handling, organizing, and maintaining shipping documentation.
• Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects or assignments.
• Works to achieve operational targets within job area, which has impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
• Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized.
• Expected to propose solutions to problems for others review.
